Arclight Management was founded and is led by Aaron Jago. The philosophy is simple: capable people, close to the work — clients deal with whoever's actually building or running their job, never a layer in between.
Aaron's background is in defence communications and systems engineering: radio and satellite networks, command-and-control systems, field support and technical training. Alongside it, years spent running clubs and organisations from the inside — memberships, rosters, governance, the lot.
Arclight was built at the junction of the two: engineering discipline, applied to real-world budgets.
